Meet The All Lines Team
Shaw Glen brings a lifetime of experience in the automotive industry, working directly in the business for five years first as a salesman and a soon after a sales manager. He then started his own company selling products and training services to automobile dealers. In the beginning, soliciting auto insurance customers from auto dealers and setting up finance and insurance departments throughout Southern California. Hs company resume includes being a third-party administrator for service contracts and later an auto security manufacturer. Most of these companies have been housed under All Lines Dealer Services which is currently a warehouse distributor for Simoniz Glasscoat and Spireon SkyLINK. All Lines is also a general agency for the Warranty Group/First Extended and Protective asset protection. Today, Shaw maintains his advisory role at All Lines.
Russell is boldly leading All Lines into our fourth decade of business. He sets the tone that makes our company a leading example of absolute commitment to quality.
Russell excels at integrating and implementing profitable plans in dealerships. He takes tested programs and adapts them to the individual strengths of each dealership. He’s incredibly committed and takes the time required to make sure a program is running smoothly.
Russell trains all of our sales consultants, who reap the benefits of his 360-degree knowledge of the business. He learned the ins and outs of how a dealership works by working both in the back end and then later moved into sales. Leading up to being the VP, Russell has filled many roles within the company which enables him to properly manage all aspects of the business. Russell’s main role now is acquiring new business and bringing new products and programs to market.
Bree has been working with All Lines for eight years. She works directly with our Vice President assisting with all operations for the company. When it’s time to launch a new program, Bree works with every member of the team, impressing everyone with her commitment to quality. She received a diploma from the College of Automotive Management and completed a course of study in; Compliance & Ethics, Sales – Best practices, Professional Desking/Negotiating, Finance & Insurance Admin, Leasing Structures, Presentations & Disclosures, F&I Products & Professional F&I Sales Process, and Leadership in Sales & Management. Bree is eager to learn more and continues to evolve and grow with the business.
Renee recently joined our sales staff as a business development lead and brings 25 years of experience in new and used cars. Her depth of knowledge is a great resource to our team.
Gary has spent decades on both sides of the business—as a dealer and as a sales consultant. He understands how the minds of dealers work, and All Lines has counted on his valuable insights for over ten years.
After owning successful dealerships (Neisen Oldsmobile-Cadillac and Toyota of Simi Valley) for more than 30 years, Greg now consults on dealer issues and opportunities. All Lines benefits from being able to leverage his expertise.
Suzie has been part of the All Lines team for over 20 years. She fills many roles in the office but is mainly responsible for the Accounts receivables, and runs our shipping department.
Patricia is the face of our office and the first person our customers engage with. She oversees appointment dispatching.
Patrick oversees installation operations in San Diego and Orange County. With 15 years of experience, he also trains our installation staff. When we launch a new dealership, Patrick is part of the training team.
Mio brings 20 years of experience to our Los Angeles operations. He always works well with our dealers and performs the highest quality of work.
Thien has been installing systems for over 15 years. Our client dealerships in San Diego always know they can count on him for a job well done.
